Terms and Conditions


Installations

  • The installation site must be completely free of furniture and the company is not responsible for damage or loss of objects during installation.
  • Al Ghomlas Company does not bear any responsibility at all for the inclination of the floor or the cracks of the walls.
  • The customer acknowledges reading the terms and conditions and that the types and colors of the parquet and the accessories mentioned in the invoice are of his choice, and he has paid their value and is fully aware of their specifications and colors, bearing in mind that the accessories are not 100% identical to the color of the parquet, but rather close to it.
  • In the event of contingencies beyond the control of the company, the company has the right to cancel the installation date and inform the customer of that, and a new date is set according to the schedule available to the company in coordination with the customer.
  • The amount of the invoice must be paid in full 48 hours before the date of installation.
  • In the event of any remarks from the customer on the items listed during the export of the invoice, the seller must be informed, and the customer has no right to object to what was stated in the invoice after receiving it.
  • In the event that the customer does not respond to the call of the installation team or the sales section 24 hours before the agreed installation date, the date will be canceled and a new date will be set according to the schedule.
  • In the case of installing wallpaper, the wall must be matt white (without gloss - Jotun 03).
  • In the case of installing wallpaper and there is an old wallpaper, the old wallpaper must be removed and to check if the surface needs new paint.
  • In the case of installing wallpaper for a wall higher than 3 meters high, an additional amount will be charged for the service.
  • The height of the doors from the floor must be 1.50 cm for the installation of parquet. The fee for taking sizes is 100 riyals and it is not refundable in the event of non-purchase or purchase without installation, and in case of purchase with installation, the value of the measurement fee is deducted from the customer's invoice.
  • The size chart is 90% identical to reality. If there is an increase in size, the amount of the increase is returned to the customer, and in the event of a shortage, the amount of the decrease is completed by the customer.

  • Product Reservation

  • The Ghomlas Company offers its customers the service of storing the goods for a period of 45 days from the date of the purchase. In the event that the storage period expires and the goods have not been delivered or installed, the invoice is automatically canceled. The company has the right to dispose of the contents of the invoice or return the value of the invoice to the customer with the same returns policy mentioned.

  • Warranty

  • The purchase invoice is the warranty on all your purchases.
  • All Al Ghamlas Company products that were installed by the Company are under warranty and differ from one product to another according to what is mentioned in the product card.
  • The warranty is not covered in the case of installing the parquet without spacers / linings.
  • The warranty does not include misuse, including but not limited to; (washing or rinsing the parquet with water - the use of chemicals - the use of incendiary materials - scratches caused by iron, blades and sharp tools...etc.).
  • In the event of a manufacturing defect in the product, the Company takes the necessary measures and replaces the product after contacting the distributor and confirming the manufacturing defect within a period of 30 days. The replacement is either the same color or another color of the customer's choice, provided that it is the same price, and the customer bears the price difference in the event of choosing a more expensive product, taking into consideration that the Company is not obligated to insure the same color if the color is not available and that the removal of furniture (cupboards, sofas, tables … etc.). The removal of furniture (cupboards, sofas, tables, etc.), or disassembly and re-installation is the responsibility of the customer, and the Company is not liable for any compensation.
  • In the event that external accessories are installed on the Company's product, the warranty will be voided
  • In the event that the product is moved to another location by another company, the warranty will be voided.
  • Confidentiality and Privacy Policy

    It is prohibited to violate intellectual property rights, defame a person, institution or company, or intentionally publish any information that causes harm to a person, institution, company, country or group, and not to place piracy materials, stolen programs, and all that violates the norms and regulating laws, and the subscriber is fully responsible for everything he submits via his account on the website.
  • The Company is fully committed to protecting your personal data, and by accepting the Privacy Policy of the Company, you allow us to collect, use and disclose your personal data only in accordance with the Privacy Policy and to a very limited extent.   • Return and Exchange of Goods

    Return and Exchange Policy

    First: In the event of any manufacturing defect or product damage: "Al Ghomlas" customers have the right to return or exchange the product that contains a manufacturing defect or damage, provided that the product is packaged and in its original condition, with submitting a purchase invoice, within (3) days from the date of receiving the product, and the customer has the right to choose one of the following options after the Company receives the product and ensure that it complies with the conditions:
    Returning the value of the product via bank transfer, and this procedure takes (15) working days.
    Replace the damaged product with any new product after contacting the Customer Service within (3) working days.

    Notes

    The customer does not bear any shipping charges in the event that the reason for the exchange or return is due to manufacturing damage or defect.
    The customer must choose another product within (3) days from the date of receiving the damaged product.

    Second: If the customer wants to exchange or return a product without any manufacturing defect:
    The customer contacts the Return Section and provides the Customer Service with the IBAN number.
    Returning the value of the product via bank transfer, and this procedure takes (15) working days.9

    Third: The following items are excluded from the exchange/return policy:
    Used products.
    Products not in their original condition as they were when purchased.
    Products damaged as a result of customer misuse.

    The customer has the right to replace the product within (15) days from the date of issuing the invoice, provided that the product is in its original condition unless it has been installed. In case of return or exchange, the original invoice must be submitted.
    The customer has the right to return a product within (3) days from the date of receiving the consignment, unless it is installed, provided that the original invoice is submitted, and it is not possible to return a product after exchanging it.
    The customer shall contact the Customer Service to inquire about the return and provide his bank account number within (3) days from the date of installation, provided that the return is by carton or roll and not by meter.
    The value of the return shall be transferred only through the customer's bank account within (15) days from the date of providing the bank account number for the transfer.
    In the event that the customer delays contacting the Customer Service or the exhibition for a period of (1) month from the date of installation, the customer is not entitled to claim the value of the return, and the value of the return becomes a purchase credit in the customer's balance with the Company that can be used within a period of (6) months from the date of installation.
    In the event that the customer does use the balance of purchases within (6) months, the customer is not entitled to claim any returns with the Company.











    Shipping Policy

    Shipping and Delivery Cost
    • The Company provides free shipping of products inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia if the invoice value exceeds 1000 Saudi riyals.
    • If the customer orders an amount of less than 1000 riyals, a shipping fee of 35 riyals will be charged to all regions of the Kingdom.
    • We reserve the right to charge shipping fees under exceptional circumstances beyond our control.

    Shipping Method
    If the customer orders the product without installation, it will be shipped to the customer within 3 to 10 working days.
    If the customer orders the product with installation, the customer will be contacted by Customer Service to set a date for installation, with a maximum of 20 days from the date of the order.
    Follow up the order
    • Once your order is placed, we will provide you with the bill of lading number and the name of the shipping company via your email or WhatsApp that you registered during the order, and you must follow up on the shipping company by contacting them or via their website.
    • Usually, orders are delivered to your address, and you may have to receive your order from the shipping company's branch due to not entering your mobile number or address correctly, or because you did not answer while the shipping company is contacting you, or for any reasons beyond our control.
