against fraud and abuse through the following measures:

Data entered on the website, by storing your personal information without completing or submitting a form.
Data from third parties that is entered indirectly to verify the user and to prevent any fraud.
Data from third parties that you certify and agree to provide to us.
Registration and membership on our store: The subscriber has a password / access code for his account, and he will enter his own mailing address to be contacted on, and the subscriber bears full responsibility to protect this password and not share or publish it, and in the event of any transactions using this password, the subscriber will bear all the responsibilities resulting, without any responsibility on the Al Ghomlas store
The subscriber is obligated not to attempt to access, piracy or modify any data about him or other members or about the administration which he has no authority to access and in the event of this, the store and its administration have the full rights to pursue him as per the law.
It is prohibited to violate intellectual property rights, defame a person, institution or company, or intentionally publish any information that causes harm to a person, institution, company, country or group, and not to place piracy materials, stolen programs, and all that violates the norms and regulating laws, and the subscriber is fully responsible for everything he submits via his account on the website.
The Company is fully committed to protecting your personal data, and
collect, use and disclose your personal data only in accordance with
your personal data will never be sold, used or disclosed to any
third party with or without payment.

Return and Exchange of Goods
Return and Exchange Policy
First: In the event of any manufacturing defect or product
"Al Ghomlas" customers have the right to return or exchange the
product that contains a manufacturing defect or damage, provided
that the product is packaged and in its original condition, with
submitting a purchase invoice, within (3) days from the date of
receiving the product, and the customer has the right to choose
one of the following options after the Company receives the
product and ensure that it complies with the conditions:
Returning the value of the product via bank transfer, and this procedure takes (15) working days.
Replace the damaged product with any new product after contacting the Customer Service within (3) working days.
The customer does not bear any shipping charges in the event
that the reason for the exchange or return is due to
manufacturing damage or defect.
The customer must choose another product within (3) days from the date of receiving the damaged product.
Second: If the customer wants to exchange or return a product
without any manufacturing defect:
The customer contacts the Return Section and provides the Customer Service with the IBAN number.
Returning the value of the product via bank transfer, and this procedure takes (15) working days.9
Third: The following items are excluded from the exchange/return policy:
Products not in their original condition as they were when purchased.
Products damaged as a result of customer misuse.
The customer has the right to replace the product within (15) days
from the date of issuing the invoice, provided that the product is
in its original condition unless it has been installed. In case of
return or exchange, the original invoice must be submitted.
The customer has the right to return a product within (3) days from the date of receiving the consignment, unless it is installed, provided that the original invoice is submitted, and it is not possible to return a product after exchanging it.
The customer shall contact the Customer Service to inquire about the return and provide his bank account number within (3) days from the date of installation, provided that the return is by carton or roll and not by meter.
The value of the return shall be transferred only through the customer's bank account within (15) days from the date of providing the bank account number for the transfer.
In the event that the customer delays contacting the Customer Service or the exhibition for a period of (1) month from the date of installation, the customer is not entitled to claim the value of the return, and the value of the return becomes a purchase credit in the customer's balance with the Company that can be used within a period of (6) months from the date of installation.
In the event that the customer does use the balance of purchases within (6) months, the customer is not entitled to claim any returns with the Company.
Shipping and Delivery Cost
• The Company provides free shipping of products inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia if the invoice value exceeds 1000 Saudi riyals.
• If the customer orders an amount of less than 1000 riyals, a shipping fee of 35 riyals will be charged to all regions of the Kingdom.
• We reserve the right to charge shipping fees under exceptional circumstances beyond our control.
If the customer orders the product without installation, it will be shipped to the customer within 3 to 10 working days.
If the customer orders the product with installation, the customer will be contacted by Customer Service to set a date for installation, with a maximum of 20 days from the date of the order.
Follow up the order
• Once your order is placed, we will provide you with the bill of lading number and the name of the shipping company via your email or WhatsApp that you registered during the order, and you must follow up on the shipping company by contacting them or via their website.
• Usually, orders are delivered to your address, and you may have to receive your order from the shipping company's branch due to not entering your mobile number or address correctly, or because you did not answer while the shipping company is contacting you, or for any reasons beyond our control.
